Daily Fuel Logs
Record daily fuel purchases with receipt uploads. Track odometer readings and calculate consumption.
How to Use
- 1 Navigate to Fleet → Daily Logs
- 2 Click 'New Log' to add an entry
- 3 Select vehicle and driver
- 4 Enter fuel amount and cost
- 5 Record odometer reading
- 6 Upload fuel receipt photo

- Enable Paperless for auto-receipt capture
- Odometer tracking prevents fraud
- Review logs weekly for accuracy
