Dispatch Board

Efficiently assign workers to projects with our drag-and-drop dispatch board. Track assignments and ensure optimal crew allocation.

How to Use

  1. 1 Navigate to Operations → Dispatch
  2. 2 View available workers in the left panel
  3. 3 See active projects in the main grid
  4. 4 Drag a worker to assign them to a project
  5. 5 Set assignment dates and duration
  6. 6 Save your dispatch plan

Pro Tips

  • Filter workers by skill or availability
  • Color coding shows worker utilization levels
  • Use bulk assign for multiple workers
